~AQUATIC~ Mind & Body Connection
Description
YOQUA: All Xercises are Yoga Postures that I have adapted to
the aquatic environment. Concentration on breathing, posture
and alignment are the main focus throughout this Xercise Program.
POOLATES: All Xercises are from Pilate moves that have been
adapted to the aquatic environment. Concentration on breathing,
posture& alignment are the main focus thruout with emphasis on
body control.
TAEBO: A high intensity body workout. Includes: Martial Arts,
Marching, Running, Sprinting, Jump Rope, Bicycle and much more. To
challenge the Athlete with X~training, and will also allow the
Beginner to the Advance Aquatic Student to work at their own pace.
