I had become sedentary over the past 3 years and had eaten myself into
a 40 pound new body that wasn't working anymore except to be a
fantastic sleeper. Now after only 6 weeks working two days a week for
an hour personal training in the pool with Barbara I have lost 10
pounds, 18 inches, and decreased my body fat by 4%. Aqua~X~ercise is
something I look forward to and derive a great sense of achievement
from. It is fun, personal and most importantly, my body is changing
for the better. I am still 5'2" but my posture is changing and so has
my attitude. My goal is to keep moving, losing pounds, inches and
body fat. Thank you, Barbara for the experience you bring to the pool
that has encouraged me to train and not struggle to get my healthy and
active life back.

Wow....do you want to feel good? I highly recommend Barbara's
Aqua~X, Personal Training. I was recovering from hip replacement
and was in so much pain. To exercise on land was practically
impossible due to the pain. Being in the water made it so much easier
to exercise and also reduced the pain because there is no gravity
and being suspended allowed me to accomplish the various exercises
without the stress on my body, but especially my joints. Due to
Aqua~X, I've increased my Range of Motion and have become stronger
as a result of being in the water. Barbara is caring and sensitive
and makes me aware of my body. She emphasizes what exercises I can
and cannot do, proper alignment, breathing and of course to
smile! I'm not a swimmer, but I felt very comfortable in
the pool...even in the deep end.
